Can I wear a costume to Warehouse 31?
Absolutely. However, for your safety we ask that you do not wear any masks, nor bring any "props" that you need to carry (such as a knives, canes, etc.) In addition, keep in mind that whatever you wear should be easy to move in and there is no place to "store" the costume when you go through one of the haunts.
How big is Warehouse 31?
All trails of Warehouse 31 are located indoors and twist and turn through nearly 30,000 square feet.
Will the monsters grab me/touch me/hurt me?
No. We are a “non-contact” haunted attraction, which means our monsters are told not to touch our guests. However, our guests are also told not to touch our monsters.
What happens if I touch/hit a creature?
There are security personnel throughout the warehouse that will be notified of your actions. Depending on the severity, you could be removed from the warehouse and handed over to the Pelham Police Department. Please keep your hands to yourself.
How do I get tickets?

Where do I park?
Parking is available on our property.
Do you take credit cards?
The box office accepts credit cards. However, the food and merchandise vendors only accept cash. ATM machines will be available on site. Credit cards can also be used to purchase tickets online.
What is the usual wait in line?
This depends on several factors including the time and the day. The shortest waiting time is on weekdays Sunday through Wednesday or any day before 8 PM. Be advised the wait time is much longer on Friday and Saturday nights and could possibly be two hours. You may also wish to purchase your tickets online to avoid waiting in a long box office line.
Is there an age limit?
Do to the intensity of Warehouse 31 we recommend ages 12 and older, however, when children are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian it is up to their discretion.
Do you serve food and drinks?
Yes, you can purchase food and drinks at the Monster Midway. Beer is also available for those who are over 21 and have a valid ID.
How much does it cost to go through Warehouse 31?

Can I bring a camera, tape recorder, video recorder, or use my cell phone to take pictures, record audio or video?
In the outside areas of Warehouse 31 we do allow pictures and video recording. However, once it is time to make your trip through the inside of Warehouse 31 absolutely no pictures or audio or video recording will be allowed. If you are caught breaking this policy your device will be confiscated and presented to the police officer on property. All warehouse31 material must be deleted before you will be allowed to retrieve your device.
What if it rains?
All Warehouse 31 haunted trails are located indoors, however, the waiting areas are located outside. There are a couple of covered spaces within the waiting area/Monster Midway but once they are full then outside is the only option. In cases of severe weather guests will be asked to return to their vehicles or seek shelter in a safe area until the threat has passed.
Is Warehouse 31 wheelchair accessible?
Yes, We pride ourselves on trying to make sure our guests with disabilities feel just as welcome and Terrified as everyone else.
Should someone who is pregnant go through?
Warehouse 31 uses strobe lights, loud noises, fog, tight spaces, and in some cases no lights at all. Women who are pregnant and individuals who suffer from heart conditions, high blood pressure, asthma, seizures, light sensitivity, claustrophobia, or any other health condition that could be aggravated by the special effects should consider this warning before purchasing a ticket. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in the attraction or around the building, including the parking areas. Purchase of a ticket to this attraction is considered acknowledgment of these warnings as well as the assumption of any and all risks associated with entering this attraction. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS after you purchase a ticket, even if you do not enter the attraction.
Do you use Smoke Machines and Strobes?
Yes… And lasers, black lights, hundreds of speakers, surround sound systems, loud noises, moving objects and much more!

Are there any other rules I need to know about?
- No outside food or beverage
- No bottles or cans
- No weapons, firearms, or knives
- No outside alcohol, or illegal substances
- No laser pointers, beach balls, frisbees etc
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the warehouse. However, a designated smoking area will be provided in the outside waiting areas.
