Staff by concessions were super polite and nice! The actors/actresses were super scary and great with their character. My friends were terrified and it made it more enjoyable. Fair warning- it has flashing lights, so if you're prone to seizures, it might be a good idea to not go. But I 11/10 recommend this place!!

The rigamortus was so awesome it's something I've never seen in a haunted attraction. 3d was awesome as well.Our group of 7 really enjoyed Warehouse 31. This was mine and my husband's first time visiting and we will return next year for sure.

Had a great time! Had to wait a little while, but it was worth it. The staff was awesome! Somehow we got skipped when they were giving out 3D glasses for the 3D experience. We went through and it was alright but I was disappointed so I told a staff member what happened and she walked us to the front of the line and made sure we got 3D glasses and we went through the 3D experience and it was awesome! We will definitely come back next year!

Great experience tight corners and plenty of different scenarios they will make weird sounds and yell in your ears and follow you into dark places but a great experience they don't mention the ticket system at all and just expect you to understand it but it's easy to get if you pay attention

Really thought this was a good Halloween attraction. I haven't been to one in years but this is one of my favorites now.The first negative thing about my experience was you have to buy a combo ticket at the least which includes 2 attractions. One is a 3D experience and then the main attraction which is referred to as "rigamortis". My wife and I were mostly interested in just the main attraction as she was concerned her experience would be poor because she wears prescription glasses.The 3D event was creative and had really good art work inside. The only down side was that the glasses I had were worn out and sat crooked on my face. This had me mostly detracted the whole time trying to adjust the glasses. The wife had similar issues.Once your group is called through the 3D event, you exit back into the waiting area where you wait for the main attraction. The Rigamortis was the typical Halloween scare tactics but had beer well laid out scenes. It was very creative and at times felt like a maze because we doubted which was to go. Lots of props and gore throughout the entire event. It wasn't over as soon as it started which seems to be a problem with a lot of other attractions similar to this. We were actually surprised how long it went considering it is all inside of a wearhouse. Overall it was a great experience and we've talked about starting our old traditions and making this one of our yearly Halloween regulars going forward. Thanks Wearhouse 31 for a great Halloween attraction.

Great experience here. Haunted house stuff was good, but also the little things. At most haunts they make you stand in a line for 2 hours. Not here. They have this down to a science.You get your tickets and they put you in a ticket group. Mine was P. There's a big room to chill in while you wait. There are padded benches to sit on, karaoke, and a big tv playing a horror movie. They were playing the new Halloween, with subtitles so you can still understand the movie with all the music.There is another tv showing which ticket group is going in. The DJ guy also updates the group announcement so you don't miss your entrance. You maybe wait in an actual line for 5 minutes before going in. The rest is hanging out and listening to people sing. Some were really good.They run your group through the 3-D house first, and then to the regular house. And last night they had brand new 3-D glasses. That was nice.Popcorn was only 2 bucks so I grabbed a bag. Needed a little salt, and they had salt for me.Also, parking was fairly close. You get in, have a blast, and then leave. They really thought this through.

We bought the VIP tickets and did not feel it was worth it. The 3D Experience was pretty good but Rigimortis seemed to be lacking a lot, could have been better.

Absolutely the BEST haunted house in Alabama! The staff was awesome, the price is reasonable, and it's scarier than the others even though they can't touch you. Barnibus the undead ringleader was our favorite! The 3D experience is totally worth it too. Super cool and we will definitely be back next year.

Drove ALL the way from FLORIDA! This place was EVERYTHING! I am not an easy Scare, but they had me jumping, running and everything in between!!! I love that they have activities while you wait your turn to go in and the wait was not long at all. Very nice staff and Stephanie was a gem. The sweet lady that ran the Escape Room was amazing. Thank you ALL for a great time...including the scary sweaty actor that put his belly on us. Lol. So much fun!

This is definaly one for the books. If you are traveling threw Alabama or live here. I highly recommend this place 10/10 👌we have traveled threw Al doing the haunted houses and there "Rigamortus" is Amazing takes about 30 min to complete and there 3D experience if Very fun and the Artwork and details they have put in to both are Amazing. It cost $30 per person. You can get a Vip ticket for $60 that comes with lots of perks. Just a reminder THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. But it is worth it completely so 🤷😌 thank you @wearhouse31 😊we had a blast

Get both! The 3D experience is neat in its own right but it's also spooky. Rigor mortis is spooky and plays on all of your senses! Even in the rain it was a good time. Will definitely be back!

So I went on 10/01/2021 for the opening night. I would give it 5 stars if they didn't close down the back section and sold the area. I loved the townsquare atmosphere they had with the zombie paintball game as well. The 3D attractiom was amazing as always. In Rigamortis attraction I think they should hold people a tad longer to enter. Me and my date enjoyed it and all, but the actors was between us and another group. So we didn't get many jump scares as we enjoy. WH31, please have people jumping out of the picture frames. Kinda of wasted areas on the long hallways. Like have people popping out the picture frames, or jump out the middle of the wall. Most of the actors were kinda mediocre. I did enjoy myself scaring one of the actors, I do apologize for me dropping him to his knees. So if one of you guys read this, show him my review. Love you guys!

It was a a great experience, especially since the covid is ramping up to the extreme. Everyone was minding their six feet and wearing a mask. Lasers are going everywhere even make you feel like you are in the water.

Had a great time here for bloody valentines day. Brung my son and 2 of his girl friends. They were terrified. Its well priced and good clean fun lol. Nobody grabs you or nothing like that. But they will spook you pretty good.

Friendly staff and a memorable haunted house. If you’re scared to go because Covid, know that half the guests there don’t wear a mask. Gets super busy so buying tickets online is definitely worth it. Also good luck finding (close) parking unless you arrive like an hour before opening.

My family and I have a tradition of going to haunted houses every year, we have been going since my Oldest son was preteen (27 now). We live in Missouri and traveled to Alabama for the attractions, so Inwould say we are semi-knowledgeable about these types of attractions. Lets start with Rigormortis, AMAZING! We both laughed and cried from fear, my son even got so scared he jumped and fell into the "swamp" seriously almost 5 stars!!! Was worth the 10.5 hour drive. Now the 3D attraction was a massive massive flop. It started suspensful however after being in it for 5 minutes and nothing happening it left us wondering at each turn if the actors forgot thete was another attrqction they were supposed to work, then we ran into the group ahead of us and still hadn't been jumped out at or anything. Too many guests in at one time not enough actors to properly scare anybody, completely boring and it was exactly the same as every 3D attraction that we have ever been to. Try something new, get more actors take your time with the groups, or get rid of it all together that was way too much money to spend to not get anything out of

Good props, friendly staff. The 3D experience was pretty good and creative. This would be a good place to take the family especially if you have smaller kids. Overall, it was pretty good.

We had a pretty good experience here. I love how they have the side part on the building and firepits. We have went to both the one they do in October and the one they do in February and they have both been very good. The wait took forever to get in but the people we were with were karaoking and just having a good time. We enjoyed our nights here,.

Had an amazing time. The staff was so very nice. The attractions were well thought out and made me jump multiple times. I know doing stuff repetitive can be exhausting but the actors were great. The only things I can say that was slightly negative is the lady at the end of the 3D Attraction yelling at us to keep our masks on when we were just sliding them down to take of the glasses under the straps and the finale of Riga-mortis was disappointing. I was excited for the butcher and the room was dark and you could see the exit as soon as you entered. Overall 5 Stars. Great Job!

This haunt was the scariest I’ve been to in Alabama! I was so spooked, I want to shout out all of the actors they did a good job! I was scared and thought I was in a literal nightmare. I thought I was about to die! It was so fun. If you live in the area do it! It’s worth the money.

Was ok but I guess since Covid is hindering things, the place seemed kinda predictable when you walked thru. Lots of places that I could have been scared but no one was there. Also, the employees that are there to scare you all have face shields on, so it kinda takes away from the effects its supposed to have. Says its pg13 but I seen nothing that references such parental guidance. Hope this helps

My son and I went for the first time last Halloween because we did not want to drive all the way downtown and wait FOREVER at "another haunted house". We love Halloween, horror movies, and haunted houses! Warehouse 31 is a must for us every year, it's spooky and fun. It's quite different than Atrox, so both are a must for us. The actors are not allowed to touch you here though, so that's a bit of a bummer...

Kick but place. Not as "high production" as atrox. But a lot less methy the sloss. Tbh I went here the first year it was open and I thought it was cool but they have really gone big this past year. I would like the waiting room to be less then 500 degrees next year and more food choices but the ability to get pics was cool and l like all the dumb merch and fortune teller.
